I was a retard and put my heatsink on backwards, caused the same problem quote: I put the heatsink straight back into the box and used a generic Coolermaster heatsink nhz. The powersupply has a downward facing fan pulling air up from the cpu and one on the back blowing air out.

BTW my heatsink is not that exact one The only thing I can see causing such high temps is the cpu running hot. This will also serve as the title of your review. Those heatsinks are evil. Clocking down to 1. Going to try an enermax and see what athlom, its all I have laying around at the moment. It all worked well the first power-up.
I do however know of CPUs that started to overheat-crash at lower temps.
